6 is kinda my base rating. That's for like if someone has ever been notably good or bad at something.

I don't think I would ever get 0 or 1 in something. 2 is about as low as I could go. And at the same time, I may never give a 10.

Well, I think I gave Bryan a 10 for in ring. But that's it so far.

I try to not even give 9s unless I feel strongly that the person is elite in that category.
