In 3 days of Pokemon Go I have walked 14 miles

i wish i could work out but my shoulder is fucked up so i cant basically do anything with my upper body

It's the dieting that fucks me over cause I'll work out every day but I also don't pass up the chance to eat like trash.

this. i've eaten like trash for quite a while and it's pretty hard to stick with this diet, but i really wanna lose the weight

like, i could eat six krispy kreme donuts right now, no problem. gotta keep on pushing through

Yah for high metabolism and having to eat like 3k calories a day to maintain my 160 (if I'm lucky) pounds lmaooo

But when I dont have an appetite I lose weight unhealthily fast

I used to have that when I was in high school and early college. I'm fuckin jealous man

Like I'm probably only a buck 50 rn, most I ever weighed was 170 when I was lifting everyday and eating hella carbs

I dont really have an appetite when I'm stressed which is a problem bc I don't get mentally stressed and usually only noticed I'm stressed bc I'm not hungry and know I should be

i know i can lose weight without crazy exercising, i did it after my shoulder surgery, i gained a shitload of weight cos i wasnt allowed to do anything so i just sat around at home for weeks, but then i lost like maybe 15kgs?
