I go to deposition hearings the 27th of this month.

You see I had it easy the 89 year old lady was under the Influence of Alcohol so her Health Insurance gave us no problems. Yup that is true she needs to get control of this and talk to her Insurance and say come on let's get this done. Of last Year?

Well her insurance can fight and she has no say so, sadly.

she would have to sue them maybe for this if she loses. so much shit is going on. it's hard to say what is gonna happen.

what I know of the lady is that she is a banker/

I would be pulling out my hair dealing with all of this man. Keep your head up.

who owns a pretty sweet looking house. I'm sure her insurance has a big policy with her which is why they are wanting to figt.

I'm more happy to be alive. So, this is minor.

I'm happy I was able to take a five thousand ton car hitting me in the back and I was able to walk away from it.

and what kills me the most. Is when you rear end someone, you are automatically at fault. So I dunno what crack the insurance company is smoking.

I never forget it. they hit me with smelling salts. I woke up, tried to move. they pushed me down saying you been in a car accident. you need to relax and not move. I said fuck that I just wanna see if I can move my legs. They moved. Then I relaxed.
