My lawyer is pissed they are basically saying she was not at fault.

so basically. I was merging from the right lane closing in forcing a merger to the left lane. State laws determine that the drivers to the left have to yield to the right lane when this happens. I observed all laws of the road. Since I was on a motorcycle, I looked in my left mirror after flipping on my left blinker. Looked ahead attempted to merge. next thing I remember I woke up in ambulance.

no I do not remember if she was behind me. But that doesn't matter. I did everything I was supposed to do. You rear ended me.

Yeah you're going to win the case and get what you want for sure man. Her Lawyer should be telling her to settle and not let this go further, but clearly with how much is on the line money wise the lady wants to play game.
