I'm really tempted. TBH 1997 would be a better year to do it because it's before his issues become a bigger issue and he's really motivated in the ring. 1998 just has so many moving pieces to consider beyond him.

Honestly I can't see Hall winning the title in 97 unless you sacrifice the Sting/Hogan build. I mean you could finagle Hall into Hogan's place in it since it was more Sting/nWo but I don't think that's a draw even if it's a better match

It's kinda funny though that Hogan is supposed to be the guy stuck in the past compared to Hall and Nash who are more about realism and shit. But then Hall's selling is about as cartoonish as it gets.
