Building new talent was definitely a problem, but at the same time you can see who was drawing and who wasn't so it's hard to want to push people that don't draw when you're about to start losing to the other side. WWF wouldn't have uilt new stars if they didn't lose them in 1994 and then again in 1996 and then again in 1997 and once again in 1998. They lost every ace they attempted to build between 1993 and 1998. You kinda have to run with Austin, Rock, Triple H, Mankind, etc when you have no choice and WWF was already losing the ratings attle so they had nothing to lose.

WCW undoing was losing the radicals to wcw.

If Ted had final say, WCW would 100% be here. He was foolish and had no idea he was being pushed out. Ted has gone on record saying he didn't see hat was happening until it as too late. Not just about WCW, his whole empire.

But I also believe had Vince had the money to keep Hall and Nash we wouldn't have got some of the great stuff we did.

And in fairness to WCW, DDP and Goldberg should be counted as "new stars" from that era.
