i'm sure you've tried this but what helps me sleep is noise

Yeah, sadly that doesn’t do much for me. I’ve tried like, soft music, or sounds of rain, and many other things. It just distracts me even more. I need straight quiet. other than my ceiling fan. Which tbh isn’t even that loud.

Thankfully I fell asleep kinda quickly this time around.
