Plus tbh my sleep is messed up, not because of the time I wake up. More because I take forever to wind down. It’s why I lay down a lot of times early. Because I know that I will need it to get tired. But thank you for caring enough to suggest it. You’re a pal.

But ya, i probably won’t be awake, cause I’ll probably just be falling asleep my issue really is, I’m laying down and my mind wonders, and i think of dumb questions. I try to keep ignoring it, but i just get to the point where I have to Google. Then I waste 20-30 minutes or more reading things about whatever it was, that’s on top of the 20 minutes I spent trying to ignore my brain.

I'm the same way, I've never been the type that can just lay down and fall asleep so I either have to wait until i'm exhausted or listen to music.

Yeah I had that problem which is why I don't drink any Soda/Caffeine at night or early morning. I usually fall asleep at my Laptop rather than me just turning it off. My mind wonders too sometimes so I tend to watch something funny to stay in the positive.
