housing bubble was exasperated by Clinton and W administrations being aware but making it worse for short term benefits too. It was very preventable for like 15 fucking years, that's the worst partBobby Barrows said:The 2000s were very much a jackhammer to everything. 9/11 (not related to Reagan, but it collapsed the economy), the housing bubble, the bank failures, etc. All of those were policies headed by Reagan that all came to a head.

He's also a massive war criminal too, but a lot of people forget it nowadays, because the youth didn't grow up during the War in Iraq and those middle east conflicts.El Jefro Blanco said:halfwit nepo baby from texas who can barely mutter a coherent sentence : thats my guy. educated black dude? die
not to make excuses but could probably make that accusation of 99% of presidents of america. not that it makes it rightBobby Barrows said:He's also a massive war criminal too, but a lot of people forget it nowadays, because the youth didn't grow up during the War in Iraq and those middle east conflicts.
Exactly, it's ridiculous. Clinton allowed the bubble to continue to happen rather than putting in policies that could have stemmed it's rising risk, but subprime lending was the style of the day, so he had to support it, or god forbid, risk making an unpopular decision that would help the long-term.Chris said:housing bubble was exasperated by Clinton and W administrations being aware but making it worse for short term benefits too.
