The dreamcast was a little ahead of its time.

It was and it wasn't. Had Sega been a little more forward thinking and not petty during the DC's development, it likely would have gotten more support and had an even better engine to work with.

The biggest problem with the DC is that it ended up being released when all of Sega's previous issues boiled over and the company almost faced utter bankruptcy.

The only reason Sega survives as a publisher is because the CEO of Sega's parent company loaned them millions of dollars, and waived Sega having to pay it back on his death bed.

Yeah it was a sad time but in all of that and with Nintendo pissing off Sony the playstation was born.

Sega even had a chance to be part of the PS1 and they fucked up because they were determined to make the Saturn

I actually liked their handheld system over the Gameboy, too. Mainly because it was in color.

The only issues I had with the Sega systems were the controllers and they just felt big and clunky at the time, but that DC controller was way ahead with the screen on it

3 had a Toy Story world which I absolutely loved. My favourite part of the game.

Sounds like fun. I have a ton of PS2 Games that are in this Motel Room including Metal Gear Solid 2, all the WWE Games up to SVR 08, Fire Pro. Red Dead Revolver.

I've been playing Metal Gear Solid 2 recently on PS4, it really holds up. Love the stealth mechanics and gameplay.
