If after 24 years of no actual evidence that any footage of Owen's fall has appeared that hasn't been proven to be in possession of WWE itself, then let's call a spade a spade and admit that any footage just doesn't exist.

WWE confirms that they have footage of the ringside when the fall but have made it very clear that it will never see the light of day. Whether that means that it shows Owen's death in graphic detail, or if it simply has a periphery view, whos to say. It is lost in the same way that the Bearman death, Steve Irwin's death, and Christine Chubbuck's suicide. They exist, they've been proven to exist, but they will never see the light of day.
