thats tough for sure Doom, it sounds like you could benefit from working on yourself and spending some time to make yourself happy. i know that sounds corny af but it could help, even if its like, cheap counselling. and like start doing stuff for yourself and yourself only once in a while, i find that can be beneficial. but i also understand this is all been extremely difficult for you and im sorry you are going through that

and yes its extremely difficult to find good help, for sure. I would just say keep looking and keep trying. and also, try to be less hard on yourself and maybe instead when you feel this way, try and go do something different than your go to currently. even if its like, going for a walk
