Yeah me too but I think he's said something about his apartment complex needing residents to open the gates or something? I don't remember idk I just put my gate code in the directions when I order

Only time I have seen them was when I was in a hotel and for some reason the front desk wouldn't let them go to the room itself so I had to go pick it up from him.
