i wouldn't assume a voice actor looks the same as what a cartoon looks like

I think if they cast an Asian actor is because the character is asian

I've always felt that if a fictional character's race means nothing to the story then they can be changed however anyone wants, if it matters to the story then you shouldn't change it

You can even go real extreme and make Hamlet with lions if you want
