My workout routine got better when I went from weight benched to supersets

I'm not going to try break records, so I decided lifting lighter weights fast and a certain period of time wa better

What I do is sets of 12 until I do my max. Then I drop the weight by half and do one set of 24 to finish it

Istill do 15 lbs of Arnolds and 30 kettle bells, with 40 minute of rope

I think my issue was i wasn't diverse enough in my workout at the time lol so supersetting just made it so my arms and shoulders never recovered
