I did a research paper in one of my college classes about the effects of decriminalizing marijuana (That was back before it was legal in any state but was decriminalized) and it really played no effect in increase in crimes, DUI's, accidents, etc...and concluded it would be beneficial to decriminalize nationally.

Although I have zero experience with actually using marijuana myself or how it affects a person. As long as we have a way to test for impaired drivers I don't really see the problem.
