I think one of the things that bothers some people is the way AEW fans talk them up like their legit comp like WCW were back in the day. Their no where near.

as someone who is critiquing AEW all the time - and TK - there is no doubt in my mind they are legit competition for WWE

and aew is competition, maybe your issue is your obsessed with old school and feel somehow insulted something is being compared to somethign u like

I think while they aren't on WCW's level, they are one of the closest ones on WWE's level with some of their PPV buys doing some of the largest numbers since WCW and even if their ratings aren't as high since TV is different than the attitude era, their ratings for Dynamite aren't too far from WWE's.
