Back on topic though, the thing is that moderators do have the ability to tell people to stop. If they aren't listened to however, it's kicked upstairs to your boys in Green, and that's generally where warnings or infractions are handed out for not listening to the mod in the first place.

I see the reasoning behind it Reaper, but you know Mods have abused the fact that they can't be blocked to trigger people before. And Mods kind of have a 'thin blue line' thing going on like Police. Can't speak bad about or call out another mod.
