I've been looking into it, while it doesn't always happen there is always a chance that it can affect your sexuality a touch, mainly in situations where you are attracted to your same identified gender, and you may have some attraction to the opposite gender. Not guaranteed though.

Like I have a cousin who was married, had three kids, but recently came out as lesbian (her husband actually is supportive, and they are still on good terms and she considers him still part of the family)
