That's good you were aware of the symptoms Chris and you taken care of it.

Yeah I didn't have any semblance of a healthy appetite for a couple months and I'm ridiculously skinny with high metabolism so that was ESPECIALLY not good for me I gotta eat or I just disappear

Had my whole digestive tract all fucked up too obviously

Ugh, I can't let that happen to me.

I found that if I'd just force myself to eat something like peanut butter and crackers or like a granola bar, that would usually trigger actually feeling hunger lol

And then I tried to make sure I was only worrying about things that I needed to be focusing on and not hypotheticals or things I had no control over whatsoever

Also getting out of the relationship I was in at the time helped
