Honestly, I haven't been taking care of myself.

I've got stomach issues from long term stress and a doctor told me about all the other issues with it

Need job to pay money, job causes stress, can't find new job, causes stress, over worked underpaid, causes stress.

I got a good job, but it's the stress of trying to getting things done and done right, plus dealing with my twin brother. Also, it's usually me and him working together without no fucking help. It's ridiculous.

But you can manage it if you can find activities that help relieve stress or mitigate it if possible

Its where I'm at with my job right now. We got metrics available for all to see and I can see how much fucking work I do compared to others and they still ask me to do fucking more
