the issue from the more ive read quiclkly is the travelling with ill intent, but in the usa i guess somehow thats legal. something like illegal carrying and use of a firearm resulting in death or something may have been more appropriate that 1st degree murder given the other circumstances in the case. but im no lawyer and have only quickly caught up
