Thing is Gerrymandering (as well as complacency) can keep them in power even if people vote against them.

For local elections that's a bigger issue, but for state elections, that doesn't affect it too much, honestly. I'd still not want term limits, even if helped more with that, but also because of what you said as well earlier. Sometimes it takes some time to get shit done in Washington.

Okay, electoral reform. As someone who was doing a lot of stuff related to it at the time, I will give him some slack on. At that time I was at UPEI and there was talk of electoral reform on the Island. There was a plebiscite which in all likelihood, would have been an indicator of the possible support of it. The reason why is while the Island is small, they are known for high amounts of political participation. (cont)
