I was taught how to cook and how to tailor food. The Boy Scouts taught me other important skills, such as basic first aid, canoeing, and wilderness survival.

I strongly disagree with that. One of the main proponents of getting people to work and being productive for a society is the need to put a roof over one's head and food in their belly. I agree that no one poor should go without food, and if they're really poor we have housing projects for that as well, but no universe free housing or anything that. That would not be good imo.

Its a social contract but I also wasn't asked to be born and as a society were more than capable of carrying our weakest if we just stop being selfish and comparing ourselves to each other and thinking one person is worth more than another. They are not. That's That's lie by the people who want to own us to keep us believing we're enemies amongst ourselves

I think one major answer to many problems in America is making it illegal for American owned companies to outsource jobs to to other countries so they can pay workers pennies on the dollar.

Schools, outside of teaching literacy and basic math, should also be preparing students and children for fields that they may not have thought about. History and Science classes are equally important as classes that teach students how to tailor, cook, and do their finances.

Make a law that would penalize companies for doing that. Make it more expensive to operate that way. Watch America get a lot better.

I mean, my idea would be to promote relocalization of industry via subsidies and tariffs.

If they have money for no reason, it's whatever, you can have that point, but if they own a business and are filthy rich because people all over the world every day log onto their website and buy hundreds of dollars of merchandise through their own voluntary desire for their goods, that's fair game imo. No one forces people to use Amazon billions of times a day. Their daily business is insane and I can't even imagine how large their servers are to contain that bandwidth.
