we had those at walmart and then out of nowhere they just got rid of them.

You can only bank so many annual hours. But there is no limit on sick hours.

they might have paid you out the sick hours but I don't even think they did that.

And supposedly when it is time to retire you can put the sick hours toward more time. So if you have enough saved up it is like you worked another year or whatever.

Luckily like a model employee I used mine all the time.

I never have much annual time. But that is because I have to take a lot of half days. They will only let me take 4 hours sick time for a doctors appointment. But I am not going to drive an hour to work and an hour back home for a couple hours work. So I have to take 4 sick, 4 annual every time I have a Doctor
