I go to google reviews and read reviews on where I work sometimes. It is hilarious.

when i was at walmart i had to do the online pick up stuff and we could read their reviews.

because we tried to have a 5 minute average wait time or less and they were asked how long they waited on reviews. most people put like 20 minutes and we'd watch the cameras and it would be 2 minutes.

but corporate would go by whatever they put in the reviews.

average wait time was like 9 minutes when I transferred to there and I got it down to 2.5
