They best WWE was lately was when A Heyman was writing again, and B when they basically said fuck the split before the Fox deal. At first it was what superstar wildcard rule. Supposed to be limited to 5 jumping shows, but then they stopped keeping track and it was like 10 a show, lol.

and yeah the truth is Juice, Id love for WWE to be better because theres still guys there i like. so it saddens me i dont get to watch them because the product turns me off currently

To me, I don't see the point in Raw and SD brands, when NXT is now on TV, so the brands should really just be WWE and NXT. And when I say NXT, I think talent should be combined from NXT, UK and 205 to move about those shows same as Raw and SD would have the full WWE roster. That would be two top quality brands with different writing and booking philosophies.
