So i started playing re3 last night and find myself thinking 3 is alot less scary then 2 @Judge Barry thoughts?

Neither are necessarily scary. 2make is just a better game overall than 3make. Unless you're talking the original games, in which case, I don't know what to tell you dude, 3 has Nemesis chasing you through most of the game, I don't know how that isn't terrifying.

idk I like nemesis over mr. X but maybe because im less familar with 2 over 3 but 2 just felt scarier

RE3 was a bit scarier for me in the sense that I wasn't sure what was gonna happen. RE2 was extremely similar to the original so I knew what I was in store for.

Tbf, I don't really read anyone's btb's much anymore, mostly because I lack time and am busy with other projects. That isn't meant to disrespect anybody else's abilities as a writer, I just feel my time is limited and I don't have the ability to read through much stuff anymore.

The thing with RE3 is that it's extremely flexible and you can improvise on the fly, which is what makes things so much more interesting than 2, which is generally a straight shot with everything pre-planned ahead of time.
