I say "oh how much time do you have because I do HR and payroll"

I tell them how my boss told me to do something but I tried to do it in a different way and he got mad at me but I explained to him what I was doing and he understood

Although they did ask why I haven't been in work when I was first looking. I'm guessing if I got a new job now they'd ask me why I left it for a new one

maybe i haven’t had a disagreement because I’m a nice person

Yeah I usually just bring up some confusion at work that was solved and explain that problem lol its simple but sounds good bc it was resolved too and they seem satisfied

They usually ask me “name a time you faced a difficult situation at work and how did you resolve it”

So I tell the exact same story every single time
