Problem with winging is when they ask you a question and you have no idea how to answer I lot of 'ums, ehh' and all that

Yeah I make sure I have answers ready for "what's your biggest weakness" and shit but I don't think anyone really cares about umms and stuff bc they don't want a robot that's memorized a speech anyway lol

"Why do you want to work here?" always gets me. I want money I hate having to come up with this elaborate lie rather than just being honest

Although I have a feeling I nailed my current job because of my honesty, the interviewer liked it. So sometimes it does pay off I guess. Obviously I didn't say "I want money" but I was very honest and I had been searching for months at that point, he seemed to appreciate it

Yeah that's good. I actually brought that up when I was moving out of my parents/wanting to, about needing a steady job so I can find my own place. Obviously that means you are willing to stick around in their company and not flake etc.

For the most part, yeah. Although you do get that occasional interview where they catch you out on a question, being able to wing that is good.
