Who helped what? I don't recall anyone actually caring about the Dixie Chicks outside older blowhards. I was there. I was high school when 9/11 happened, the Iraq War started and then they made those comments. And I already said I'd give you this one band, but that's my point. This is the only example you can think of. I'd happily go back when you might "cancel" one bad over anti-war comments, and let's be real. anti-war and anti-USA stuff will always be hi buttons issues. Just like abortion. Those issues will always exist, but I'll take that over someone finding out Kevin Hart said gay jokes on twitter 10 years ago so no he can't host the Golden Globes nonsense.
