I have many of the top ECW guys. RVD, Dreamer, Tajiri and Kash are on the roster.

RVD can hold the belt for almost 2 years until you need to make a new star.

I think no matter what I want Kanyon vs. DDP to main event Starrcade.

If you can get Austin at any point in between that, make him an Anti-WCW heel.

I can on board with that, but only if DDP puts over Kanyon to Storm to RVD like we laid out before.

So either put the belt on DDP and have Kanyon challenge and beat him at Starrcade, or put it on Kanyon and have him defend at Starrcade.
