Yeah this is probably similar to here. There was another department at my old job and they were asking the higher ups for advice on how to get rid of this guy that was lazy af and shite and they couldn't get rid of him lmao, ended up shipping him off to another department

To get rid of someone at my job they have to create a paper trail. Write ups for attendance, poor job performance, being rude to customer, etc....

I mean she fucked up a lot so they just wrote a few warnings for things they otherwise wouldn't have (but still valid warnings IMO) and then fired her after like the 4th in a week

I mean there are some things you can get immediately fired for....like stealing.

but even the less serious stuff you have to go through a process which will include at least 1 warning before somebody gets fired, but often 2

I've had a disciplinary for making a huge mistake but yeah same lol

I got written up for being short on register before. But you get that if you are even one cent short or over.
