Both, someone acts toxic you tell them and tell them to get away if they start acting stupid.

My uncle/ mom's younger brother killed himself before I was born due to anxiety issues, depression and couldn't take life anymore and I almost joined him in 10th grade when I tried to drown myself in the bathroom but everyone is different with their cases.

Social anxiety may not be the word for it...? I mean I have no problem addressing a room with over 100 people in it. I have had to do it for work. But put me in the position of asking a girl out or thinking they are judging me? Or thinking someone is laughing at me? I can't handle it. I start freaking out. May lead back to some bad experiences during school.

Try therapy on and off since 10th grade high school year Dak. I kind of grateful that I got help from many therapist.
