No, don’t do you, you gotta fight it or seek help. Years ago I had social anxiety and took trazodone for it, didn’t help. You know what did... talking to people. They don’t bite

Nothing I ever tried really helped, you act just because you can “do it “ anyone can. So I highly suggest you check your ego and realize everyone is different.

There’s a reason for it though, when I had social anxiety I was an irrational teen having irrational imaginations of what would happen in social interacts, pills didn’t work... talking to people refuted the irrational anxiety to where I would cut promos in arenas with zero fear
