Back when those Sidekicks were all the rage. I had t-mobile and I bought a sidekick off ebay and tried to use it and had a hell of a time.

could be now, most of that stuff is all standard now. back when I had a sidekick most phones didn't have internet and email and such. just phone and text so I had to call them to get internet activated and all that.

I see. It basically says you can backup your iPhone on google drive, turn off iMessage, sign in on the android phone with your google account, and you are good to go.
