I feel like 5G is sort of like 3D tv's. A technology they are pushing hard as the future....but just isn't manifesting.

only bigger cities have 5G to start with, which is weird because my city only has 8k or so people.

nah, it's coming. they are already working on 10g.

Verizon says they aren't doing 5G and I think another big carrier....AT&T said they weren't either.

I guess there are different kinds of 5G or something. I couldn't remember the details but I read something about them doing things different that T-Mobile and AT&T.
