The second amendment isn't complicated, Chris. The point is for the average citizen to be able to defend their lives, their property and their country from threats, both domestic and foreign. That includes their own government if need be. You're supposed to be equipped with the same access to arms as the government. Shall not be infringed was added only to this amendment because they knew eventually the government would try to roll back this amendment.
