That was a News Year Resolution, I haven't gone through with it though. Lack of motivation I guess. I tried to get in shape last year, but I could barely do a single push up
I started on my own calisthenics workout a few months ago which is dope because you dont even need a gym to do it and you see progress through progressions
Check this out when you get a chance- it starts you at the most basic of basic progressions and forces you to get stronger to do each additional progression. It's like a 45 min - 1 hr workout and you don't really need anything to do it.
Might try that. The main thing I also wanna do is set myself a good mental image in my head. I'm also probably worn out from doing Gifted Classes every year since 1st grade. That's wore down my self esteem a lot, as I feel horrible when I mess up
