WCW International was a governing body like IWGP. It didn't stand for International, like the regional word.

Yeah I think business wise Turner treated WCW as separate where Anthem just treated Impact as them renaming the TNA promotion

Consolidated into, meaning the same company, one company. I mean all their shows stayed on the air and PPV continued, etc. The company never folded. In fact, all the contracts bought out never expired. It wasn't like WWE when they bought WCW and had to renew them under new contracts.

I don't think Turner did. WCW never skipped a beat on WCW Saturday Night. In fact, WCW branding didn't takeover everything until like 1991.
