Her main problem is now she has to put in the petty cash transactions when she actual hands out the cash instead of letting them all build up and putting them in at once when she cuts the new check....which would be like an hour long process and the whole time she's got people over her shoulder like "where's my money" bc petty cash is empty and they're owed a few bucks for gas

But the thing is it takes 5 seconds to put in one transaction where it took an hour to do them all at one time so this seems easier to everyone IMO
