I was just thankful my cousin worked at the jail, so when I called him he was able to come down and get me out faster than people normally could get out.

To get an ID all you really need is a birth certificate just like a license

Yeah and I didn't have one at the time because it got lost, and to get a birth certificate you needed a SS Card which at the time it was one of my things lost. I got everything replaced finally

To get an ID or license nowadays you need a birth certificate and/or social security card, and two forms of proof of residence which a lot of 16-18 year olds might have a tough time coming up with

You can order a new birth certificate from the state you were born, it costs like 50 bucks
