It's usually casual, and the workplace culture is essentially, "Us employees gotta stick together because management doesn't give a fuck about us". It's not toxic per se, but just that we night crew get the brunt of management's toxic tendencies.

When I first started four years ago there, the culture was great, mostly because management was good (my brother, the most respected member of staff, was the 2nd assistant manager at the time).
