When I did payroll at my old job it was a nightmare to do in our system but it seemed like the most fair way to pay people for what was actually done

But on the flip side, if they had no jobs they didn't get much of a minimum yet still had to spend the time there

I don't like unknowns lol it's why I never went to sales

if you work the same hours every week your paycheck should be the same even on hourly

Yeah it's much easier to budget since my job switched to paying on the 10th and 25th even though I liked the weekly. Set dates even more easier to compare to month to month than the same amount every week tho

Been saving like $300 extra a month since I actually started monitoring my finances on a spreadsheet instead of winging it, don't even feel like I've dropped anything
