my last job i got 40 hours of sick pay a year I believe and if you ran out of the 40 hours and called in you got a write up.

5 days is probably like a minimum for Texas bc that's what my old job offered

I believe we did 5 vacation days after the 1st year and 10 after the second

Fwiw I don't have any sick days but we have oersonal m vacation days we just use those n don't differentiate. I realize that's not really standard tho

depends on the job, at my last job I got 3 weeks vacation upon hire which is 120 hours.

I think my current job is 0 :lol I just accumlate vacation time for how many hours I work so it depends.
