This new diet I’m on only wants me to have 56 carbs a day…..

I just ran a generic day on a meal planner thing I use sometimes with no kinds of limitations and it got 358g of carbs

I actually do like celery alright for the most part but it's not great

I’m down 6 lbs in 4 days and my blood sugar is way down

But I double the carb limit every day
It’s impossible

Well the good news is double 56 is still a third of what regular people can eat and be healthy apparently

You can stuff some celery with some canned tuna or chicken and mix with some hot sauce and garlic powder and it's pretty good too

I eat a lot of string cheese and chomps beef sticks too
My fat intake needs to increase

I also have these keto hot dog and hamburger rolls that are only 3 net carbs each
