Why the fuck did Microsoft make a system where instead of just saving onto your hard-drive, it just goes into your OneDrive instead, meaning that if you uninstall OneDrive and delete your OneDrive Documents folder, several of your games are fucked lmfao

I had to literally go into the Registry Editor to fix the pathways for documents and everything else, just to keep OneDrive from continually getting all my files. LIKE WHY MICROSOFT

Yeah it's a pain, some stuff I want saved to one drive like documents but I didn't realize TEW was until it fucked up my storage settings

Yeah, it's also rough because my computer has a SSD and a Hard Drive, but the SSD takes priority so it's been a lot of work to get everything to just transfer over to my Hard Drive.

it’s the settings set on your OneDrive. You can change them so it saves to both. It’s only not doing that because most people want to keep their local memory free.

It's more the default save path when downloading things I think is his issue, it's not intuitive that it's all going to OneDrive if you aren't paying attention until it messes something up or you do lol

It'll just say documents and if you don't double check that's the one drive folder for documents not the hard drives and they both have the same folders with the same names

If you don't wanna use one drive at all you can just disable it entirely or never log in tho
