south park is probably the longest show i have ever watched.

I think a show like South Park is incredibly reliant on the stories being told thru elementary aged kids. So I don't want to use that as an example. But surely if you had the Simpsons kids even move up a grade once every 5 seasons. I don't see how that would turn off an audience especially since adult animation I'd imagine is targeted to those 13-40

Simpsons got real stagnant so they definetkey could of grown up

I haven’t watched the KotH revival but with the Beavis & Butt-head revival being good I believe in Mike Judge

but even then there were definitely years where i stopped. when hbo max came out i went back and rewatched it all and have stayed caught up

It definitely wasn’t as big back then as it is now. I think it started blowing up in 07/08
