that's probably a pretty decent assessment tho I personally think it can be ingrained n evolved. Similar to ppl being tiny mountain bros etc. Obv they aren't horse riding Mongols anymore but when has Russia ever been stable or peaceful in the last few hundred years. If not with others then always at war with themselves

It's fair I think if I wanted to really delve into itI could make a case that it's just bc of other outside human powers causing it in a lot of cases, plus natural environment and lack of resources. More civilized cultured around you usually makes life worse when you're the one behind, you missed the boat on getting there on your own and you're kinda fucked.

And tbf you can argue that's nature as well, it's literally the natural environment as a part I'm using lol my main point of contention is I don't think there's anything inherent in the DNA, it's just how humans are reacting in that situation when others of us are in different ones reacting as humans do there
