Smark pours a lot of money into the site and as an owner, he's done a great job pulling all of us together in the first place, and he does have a lot of valid concerns, at the same time I do think users on the site should be able to ask for change, no matter how big and small, and do it through a democratic process.

99% of those rules were implemented by me. It took no kicking to get those added. As far as bans go yes because I don’t believe in permanent bans off of one incident, but after hearing from the community, I agreed on certain issues like transphobia there’s a zero tolerance policy and in the last year or so several people have been immediately banned for breaking transphobia rules right off the jump.

That's probably where I disagree with you cuz we should be able to at least have a discussion about it, and he should at least be able to talk it out even if it risks making people pissed

I do agree with you Smark maybe should have taken the poll on Twitter with a bit more seriousness at the very least, instead of just outright saying "I'm probably not gonna do this"
